How It Works...

We will arrive approximately 1-2 hours before your event to set up.  To host your bell tent party your venue needs to have an area/footprint that measures 16 ft. in diameter. To host your teepee tent party indoors, a living room, bonus room or cleared space in bedroom is all you need! Each teepee measures about 4 ft. wide, 7 ft. long and 6 ft. high and can work well in small spaces. Your glamping party can continue into the night, charmingly lit with twinkle lights, lanterns, & votives, and all the party equipment rentals for your guests to enjoy, as well as in rainy weather with our bell tents which are fully waterproof.  When you make your booking please have the following info handy:

• Date/Time/Location/Type of Venue
• Party Theme
• Package selected - Sleepover package or Tent only
• Number of persons & average age of children
• Any special Options from our Menu of Packages & Party Themes

Then, sit back & let your glamping adventure unfold! We offer full-service delivery & set-up your bell tent with all the lovely glamping touches.  We will return the next day to break down & pick up after your guests have departed.

*Minimal contact full service set-up & breakdown included. All we need is access to your outdoor space & power!
